HOW DO I CLAIM MY FREE FLIGHT?
Step 1 - Qualifiying Purchase
Apply for a new BanqueMisr credit card within the campaign period from 12.08.2024 to 22.08.2024 and post on Facebook and mention @Mastercard and @BanqueMisr and add hashtag #PricelessMoments.
You will receive an SMS with your personalised voucher code to redeem your free return flight.
Step 1 – Application
Within thirty (30) days after receiving the SMS with the free flight voucher code, log onto the campaign website using your free flight voucher code as a login code. Complete the online application form with your name and e-mail address as well as select your departure airport and three (3) possible destinations and three (3) possible travel dates (inbound and outbound). The proposed travel dates shall be in different months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. The earliest travel date a participant can choose is forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of your application.
Step 2 – Application
You will receive a personalized confirmation email within a maximum period of seven (7) days. By following this personalized direct link you should log back in on the landing page and upload your picture/scan of your voucher pdf (received via SMS from the promoter). You shall also upload a picture/scan or copy of your international passport as well as personal details such as, address, and details of all other passengers flying along with you within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving of the e-mail.
Step 3 – Your offer
You will receive an offer within fourteen (14) days of correctly uploading your documents. You must accept your flight offer within forty-eight (48) hours. The Organizer will then book your free flight for you as soon as possible. If there are any additional passengers or costs for additional services your flight will be booked after payment has been taken.
WHICH DESTINATIONS CAN I TRAVEL TO?
We ask that you give three different destinations you would like to travel to and we will check our availability accordingly. Please note that not all destinations are available from all departure airports and that no given destination will be treated as a priority over another.

CAN I BOOK A TICKET FOR MY PARTNER OR A FRIEND?
Yes. We can add additional paying passengers to your booking. You can tell us about three additional passengers in your application. Any additional passengers will be charged at the current flight price at the time of booking including any taxes and charges. Any additional charges by the airline, such as for example, golf bags, additional luggage, priority boarding etc. will have to be paid for by the participant. Please note that some airlines charge for all checked baggage.
WHEN CAN I TRAVEL?
All travel (departure and return) must be completed within 11 months from
the date of the issuance of the voucher. The proposed travel dates shall be in different months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. The earliest travel date a customer can choose is forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of their application. The offer is not valid for journeys during peak periods and over Eid, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM STAY AT MY DESTINATION?
The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days and is dependent on the carrier’s available flight schedules.
CAN I GIVE MY FREE FLIGHT AWAY TO A FRIEND OR PARTNER?
No. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the participant.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY FREE FLIGHT FOR THE VALUE OF THE FLIGHT IN CASH?
No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the voucher or promotional offer. Vouchers have no monetary value.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHEN CHOOSING MY THREE TRAVEL DATES?
When choosing your three travel dates, please ensure that your first chosen travel date must be at least 45 calendar days away from the date the form is posted. Your travel dates have to be in different months and 30 days apart from one another.
MY FRIEND ALSO HAS A FREE FLIGHT VOUCHER, CAN WE FLY TOGETHER?
No. Vouchers cannot be used in combination with one another. Only one free flight voucher can be redeemed per person booking and flight.
CAN I CHOSE MY FLIGHT TIMES OR AIRLINE?
No. The choice of carrier, flight times and route is at the sole discretion of The Organizer. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, flight time or route.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO APPLY FOR MY FREE FLIGHT?
Your application has to be completed within 30 days after receiving your voucher via SMSn order to benefit from this free flight offer.
DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD A PROOF OF PURCHASE?
Yes. The PDF Voucher is required to process your free flight application.
DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD A SCAN OF MY PASSPORT?
Yes. You will need to upload your passport and the passports of all passengers travelling.
WHAT CLASS OF TICKET IS PROVIDED?
The offer is for an Economy class ticket.
Should you wish any other class, please send a request to the Organizer, who can inform you about the cost to upgrade to a different class, where this is possible.
WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL COST?
Your free flight will be booked at no cost to the participant. Your carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charge and airport fee will be covered by your free flight. All other costs associated with the flight will be borne by the Participant and are excluded from the promotional offer. Such other costs include, but are not limited to any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare such as any insurance, any additional fees for card payments, any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services. The Participant must pay for all additional services, additional passengers and cancelations or alterations via a credit card in their name.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY OFFER WHICH INCLUDES PAYING PASSENGERS BUT NOW WANT TO REMOVE THEM. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Should you decide to travel without the paying accompanying passengers included in your offer, please still accept your offer. Once accepted, please use the contact form to let us know immediately thereafter that you would like to travel without these additional passengers. inspire will then proceed to only book the free section of the offer received and no payment will need to be made.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY FLIGHT AFTER IT IS BOOKED?
No changes or cancellations of flights are possible after the booking has been made.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION / TICKET?
Once you have accepted your offered flight (and paid for any additional passengers or charges if applicable) we will book your flight for you and send you your booking confirmation as soon as possible. Please be aware that bookings can’t always be made immediately after acceptance of an offer.
